Diaz v. Supermarket (Confidential)

Plaintiff worked as a supermarket delivery man and was solely paid by tips, the supermarket paid him nothing. This practice has been found to be illegal and a violation of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Despite the Plaintiff never receiving any pay from the supermarket and undocumented alien status, we were able to obtain a Confidential Substantial Settlement to compensate him for the employment violations of the supermarket. The money received by this employer was just for him and was not a class action.
